Josh is a trainer and runs ‘BondFitness” out of the Massey University Sport and Recreation Centre and is offering a cycling specific programme for our athletes. Josh has seen some great success and says cyclists, regardless of age and ability could benefit from such a program, so hes put together a package deal for those who are interested.
